Fusion Career is a website that helps potential employees can search and apply for open positions at the Fusion ecosystem, furthermore, it also helps Fusion can collect all data of employees proactively.

Responsibilities: Secondary research, information architecture, site map, wireframes, low-hi fidelity prototype, interaction design, responsive website.
After conducting secondary research and surveys, I defined that we have to build a website that helps the employee who is looking for a job at a hospitality company can find their dream job and apply easily and quickly.
I tried to make the user flow as lean as possible, then that can make users find their opportunity and apply to that job without any obstacle.
